2010/2011 Registration Information and Fees

REGISTRATION
Students are enrolled at The da Vinci School for the period September through May. Since we maintain a low student/teacher ratio, we ask parents to sign a contract guaranteeing tuition for this time frame, so we can be assured of meeting our financial obligations.

Registration Fee
The registration fee for the 2010/11 school year is $500. The registration fee is primarily allocated to cover our insurance costs and the cost of the licensing fees, various permits and miscellaneous financial variables. The registration fee is a one-time charge each year, which is submitted with your registration form. This is non-refundable unless we are unable to offer placements.

TUITION
Enrollment in THE DA VINCI SCHOOL is for the period September through May. For new enrollees only, after the first 30 days in the school (to assess a child's adjustment to the school environment), a parent is responsible for payment of the tuition for the remaining school year. Tuitions can be paid in monthly installments, bi-annually, or in full. Tuitions pay for staff salaries and overhead. Since we maintain a low student / teacher ratio, we must have a guaranteed income so we can meet our financial obligations. Below are the costs:

Ages 18 months to 4 years 2 mornings per week......$3648/yr ($406/mo.) 3 mornings per week......$5,472/yr ($608/mo.) 4 mornings per week......$7,296/yr ($811/mo.) 5 mornings per week......$9,120/yr ($1012/mo.) Pre-K: (tuition price includes computer instruction) 5 mornings per week......$9,600/yr ($1,067/mo.)* Kindergarten / Primer (tuition price includes computer instruction) 5 full days per week......$11,260/yr ($1,251/mo.)* 8:45 am - 2:15 pm. * includes weekly computer instruction

OTHER FEES
Consumables Fee
The da Vinci School assesses a one time yearly consumables fee to cover the cost of paper products, healthy snacks, cooking and craft projects, copies, cleaning supplies, etc. The consumables fee is due with the first tuition payment (or can be paid out).

Parent Organization Activities Fee
Paid annually, the fee is $115 per child. This fee covers family gatherings, Fall carnival, parent ed speakers fees, pageant costumes, staff gifts, teacher appreciation, and outreach. This is due with the first tuition payment
